Creatine Monohydrate
This is the foundation. Creatine helps your muscles regenerate rapid-use energy for hard efforts, which is why the formula starts with a full five grams meant to be taken consistently.
Built for daily strength support · Unflavored
We built Buffdawg around the part of creatine that matters most: 5 g every day, with a pH-buffer and electrolyte system that goes beyond plain powder.
The daily foundation
We built Buffdawg for the least glamorous part of strength: showing up consistently. Five grams of creatine monohydrate anchors the formula, while sodium bicarbonate, potassium citrate and BioPerine® make it more intentional than another plain scoop of powder.
A straightforward 30-serving routine designed to fit beside training, meals or a preferred drink.
Use it on its own or add it to the drink already in your routine.
pH buffers, electrolytes and BioPerine® give every added component a specific job.
Why we built it this way
Five grams of creatine monohydrate does the heavy lifting. We paired it with sodium bicarbonate and potassium citrate to create a buffered, electrolyte-containing formula, then added BioPerine® as the absorption-support piece. Nothing is there just to make the ingredient list longer.
Why every part is here
Buffdawg keeps the formula short because daily creatine does not need theater. Here is the job each component was chosen to do.
This is the foundation. Creatine helps your muscles regenerate rapid-use energy for hard efforts, which is why the formula starts with a full five grams meant to be taken consistently.
Potassium comes from potassium citrate, doing double duty as part of the pH-buffer system and the added electrolyte profile. It supports the formula around the creatine instead of replacing it.
Sodium comes from sodium bicarbonate, the second half of the buffer system. It also contributes an electrolyte your muscles and nerves use during training.
This standardized black pepper extract is the absorption-support piece. It is a small amount with a specific role, not filler added to make the formula look more complicated.
Consistency compounds
Buffdawg is made for the repeatable part of training: one disclosed scoop, used consistently as part of the routine you can actually maintain.

Plain creatine can be a valid choice. Buffdawg is for the athlete who wants the same 5 g foundation with an intentionally built buffer, electrolyte and absorption-support system around it.
Plain creatine products vary. Always compare the current Supplement Facts panels and directions for the specific products you are considering.

Buffdawg is unflavored and can be used alongside the pre-workout that fits the day's training.

Why it exists. How to use it.
The formula logic, the routine and the honest difference from plain creatine.
Plain creatine works for plenty of people. I built Buffdawg for athletes who wanted the same 5 g creatine foundation with sodium bicarbonate and potassium citrate pH buffers, added electrolytes and BioPerine® in one repeatable scoop.
Creatine works by increasing the creatine available in muscle over time. The priority is taking one scoop consistently; use it at the time and in the drink that makes the habit easiest to keep.
Sodium bicarbonate and potassium citrate create the more alkaline buffer system while contributing 140 mg of sodium and 250 mg of potassium. We designed that system to support the formula and absorption, but we do not claim it makes plain creatine ineffective.
Mix one scoop with water or a preferred drink once daily. One container provides 30 servings. Follow the directions and warnings on the container.
Buffdawg is currently offered as an unflavored formula.
