Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  •  Unopened
  •  In its original packaging
  •  In resellable condition

Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items?
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us at suppdawgllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll get it sorted fast — either a replacement or a full refund.

Return Shipping


If the return is due to a SuppDawg mistake (like the wrong item or a damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.

If you’re returning for any other reason, you’ll need to cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item:

Return your original item for a refund.

Place a new order for what you want.

Simple as that.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
