Which SuppDawg pre-workout should I choose?
Choose Shock Collar when you want the high-stim option. Choose Bite Down when you want a caffeine-free pre-workout. Both pages show the current Supplement Facts and directions so you can compare before buying.
Can I use Bite Down with Shock Collar?
The products can be combined only within the directions and personal stimulant tolerance shown on their labels. Review both current Supplement Facts panels and do not exceed either product's directions. If you are sensitive to stimulants or have a health concern, speak with a qualified healthcare professional first.
How many servings are in SuppDawg powder products?
Current powder formulas are presented as 30 full servings. Always verify the current product page and Supplement Facts image before purchase because product information can change.
Does Ruff Night contain melatonin?
No. Ruff Night is positioned as melatonin-free sleep support. Review its product page for the current ingredient panel and directions.

Where can I find ingredient amounts and directions?
Each supplement product page includes the current Supplement Facts image, ingredient explanations and usage information. The physical product label remains the final source for current directions and warnings.
How should I evaluate stimulant products?
Start with the caffeine amount, your existing daily caffeine intake, training time and personal tolerance. Do not stack stimulant products without accounting for the total intake, and follow the label directions.
Are these products intended to diagnose or treat a condition?
No. SuppDawg products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Product pages describe the intended support of the current formula without replacing medical advice.

How do bundles work?
Use the Build Your Own Bundle page to select products and available flavors. Your selections are shown in the bundle as you build it before adding it to cart.
When will my order ship?
Current processing and delivery information is maintained on the Shipping & Delivery page. Carrier transit estimates begin after an order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
What is the return policy?
Eligibility, timing and instructions are maintained on the Returns & Refunds page. Review that page before sending anything back and contact us if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
How can I change or cancel an order?
Email chris@suppdawgsupps.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot promise a change after fulfillment has started, but we will review the request.
