SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At SuppDawg, we know that when you're ready to train, waiting on your stack isn't an option. Every order is handled with the same standard we hold our supplements to fast, transparent, and reliable from checkout to your door.


ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Place your order before 2:00 PM EST and it begins processing that same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be picked up first thing Monday morning, federal holidays excluded.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Standard Ground — 3–5 Business Days — Flat Rate or Calculated at Checkout

Expedited Shipping — 2 Business Days — Calculated at Checkout

SuppDawg Priority — 1–2 Business Days — Calculated at Checkout

Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $89.00.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number. Track your package in real time on our  Order Tracking Page or directly through the link in your email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's end.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SuppDawg currently ships primarily within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, reach out to our team through our Contact Us page for a custom quote and estimated timeline. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.


LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

SuppDawg is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the product immediately and contact us through our Returns & Refunds Portal within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SuppDawg is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
