Shipping rates

U.S. standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $89 and free for orders of $89 or more. The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Where international shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. flat-rate and free-shipping offers do not apply to international deliveries.

Order processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders will be sent through USPS and shipping times may vary.

Order tracking

Once your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your package through the link in that email or your customer account. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's end.

Damaged, wrong or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please email chris@suppdawgsupps.com as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected item, shipping box and label. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. If you discover a problem later, please still contact us.

Delivery addresses

Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. SuppDawg is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

SuppDawg is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
