Shipping rates

U.S. standard shipping is $5.99 for orders under $89 and free for orders of $89 or more. The free-shipping threshold is based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Ready-made stack offer: While the current stack promotion is active, orders containing a Daily Dawg Stack or The 2-Stack also receive free standard U.S. shipping, even below $89. This exception applies to Standard shipping only, not international or expedited shipping. Ready-made stack prices do not combine with other product or order discounts.

Where international shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout. U.S. flat-rate and free-shipping offers do not apply to international deliveries.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders will be sent through USPS and shipping times may vary.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Suppdawg is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Damaged, wrong or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please email chris@suppdawgsupps.com as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected item, shipping box and label. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. If you discover a problem later, please still contact us.
