Return policy

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused or unworn, in its original packaging, with tags where applicable, and in resellable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email chris@suppdawgsupps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, you are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label and paying the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a SuppDawg mistake, such as a wrong item or a damaged product, we will cover return shipping. Contact us first so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Damaged, wrong or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, please email chris@suppdawgsupps.com as soon as possible and within seven calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected item, shipping box and label. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue. If you discover a problem later, please still contact us.

We will help resolve the issue with a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your original item for a refund, and place a separate order for the item you want.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection and issued to your original payment method.

Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact chris@suppdawgsupps.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
