Capsimax®
A concentrated capsicum extract that supplies capsaicinoids—the compounds that give peppers their heat. We use it as one part of HotDawg's thermogenic system, not as a magic replacement for a calorie deficit.
Grains of Paradise
A ginger-family botanical standardized for 6-paradol. It complements Capsimax by supporting thermogenesis and energy expenditure through a different botanical pathway.
Green Tea Extract
Standardized to 50% polyphenols. Green tea catechins are studied alongside caffeine for their role in thermogenesis and fat oxidation, which is why this belongs in the system instead of relying on caffeine alone.
Coleus Forskohlii
Forskolin is studied for its role in cAMP, a cellular messenger involved in how the body mobilizes stored energy. Human body-composition findings are mixed, so we use it as one supporting piece—not a standalone miracle ingredient.
Synephrine HCl
A bitter-orange compound used to reinforce the energy and thermogenic side of the formula. Because it is paired with caffeine, HotDawg is not the product to combine with other stimulant-heavy supplements.
Naringin
This citrus flavonoid sits in the supporting botanical layer. We are not pretending naringin alone drives results; it complements the broader system instead of becoming a one-ingredient marketing story.
Dandelion Extract

I built HotDawg for the part of a cut where energy drops and staying locked into the plan gets harder. The formula supports energy, focus and thermogenesis while your calorie deficit, training and recovery drive the actual result.
Is HotDawg a magic fat-loss pill?
No—and I am not going to sell it like one. HotDawg cannot override excess calories or inconsistent training. It is a support tool for people already doing the work and looking for more energy, focus and thermogenic support.
Why use this instead of an L-carnitine-only product?
HotDawg does not contain L-carnitine. Supplemental oral L-carnitine doses of 1–6 g have reported absolute bioavailability of roughly 5–18%. Rather than make one poorly absorbed ingredient the whole story, we built HotDawg around caffeine, Capsimax®, grains of paradise, green tea, coleus and synephrine. That explains the design; it does not guarantee better results for every person.
How much caffeine is in HotDawg?
One two-capsule serving contains 150 mg of caffeine. Count coffee, energy drinks, pre-workout and every other stimulant source in your day before using it.
Can I take HotDawg with pre-workout?
Do not stack it with another high-stimulant product. If you want a SuppDawg pre-workout alongside HotDawg, Bite Down is caffeine-free and keeps you from automatically adding another caffeine dose. Review both products and follow their directions.
How do I take it, and how long does one bottle last?
Take two capsules daily as directed on the bottle. That gives you 30 servings per bottle. Do not exceed the directions, and avoid taking it close to bedtime if caffeine affects your sleep.
Who should skip HotDawg?
